Tasting note:Our Bagnara is the excellent expression of an intense, bright and brilliant color, like pure gold. The nose releases aromas of nectarine, apple, notes of citrus and Mediterranean scrub.Try it with a plate of Salento sushi, raw seafood from our coasts, fine salmon and fresh tuna.

The Gold of Salento, as the Fiano grape is defined.

Wine obtained from selected Fiano grapes harvested in the first decade of August, cooled to 4°C, destemmed and left in contact with the skins for 24 hours. Then must is fermented for 10 days at 15°C and decanted in steel prior to bottling.
